Professor Ismail ESG Asia Tour - Hong Kong Luncheon Seminar
Our Food, ESG, and Sustainability luncheon seminar in Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan, led by Professor Ismail Erturk, was a resounding success! The seminar was engaging and informative, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Kicking off the Asia Tour in Hong Kong on 24 Jul at Roganic with a tailor-made zero waste menu, we extend a special thanks to Ms. Donna Buckland for sharing insights on how sustainability and innovation are shaping the future generation, Dr. Raymond Wong for demonstrating his experience in creating products with sustainable resources, and Mr. Antonio Mereu for introducing zero food waste dishes during the luncheon.
A big thank you to our wonderful facilitators, Ms. Janny Shum, for her professional hosting in Hong Kong.
