In the midst of high unemployment rate, organizational restructure and layoff plans due to the continual pandemic and economic situations, we invited Dr. Harry Wong, who has delivered many seminars to our stakeholders before, to give us some tips to deal with stress and to build resilience for personal well-being. By doing exercises and real-life examples – e.g. how a well-known psychologist keep positive while his quarantine period alone, all the participants enjoyed the fruitful evening.
