An exclusive opportunity to hear from one of The University of Manchester's leading researchers in two dimensional materials; Professor Sir Kostya Novoselov, Nobel Laureate and co-discoverer of the wonder material Graphene. On 2 April, Professor Novoselov travelled to Asia and made a brief stop in Hong Kong especially to meet with alumni and to share insights into his work. Over 90 alumni, students attended the exclusive seminar in person and met our distinguished speaker - Professor Novoselov who has won the Nobel Prize for Physics in recognition of the ‘groundbreaking experiments’ with graphene and has published over 60 peer-refereed research papers (mainly as the principal/corresponding author) including Nature and Science articles and more than 15 papers.
