MBS Alumni Toastmasters Club - Butter a Better You!
Record Breaking . . . we had 14 Table Topics Speeches tonight! Thank you everyone for your courage to deliver your first-ever impromptu speech in Toastmasters.
11 members and guests joined our Table Topics Game BUILD A BETTER YOU, to experience a taste of impromptu speaking. We received positive feedback from participants who included 6 MBA students (July 2021 intake) from Japan and Hong Kong and an alumnus from Malaysia.
MBS Alumni Toastmasters Club is an in-house club for all AMBS stakeholders to develop their soft skills in public speaking and leadership. We meet regularly on the first and third working Wednesday of each month at the University of Manchester East Asia Centre, Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay with live streaming of the meeting via Zoom.
Congratulations to our Table Topics Winners tonight: Philip Wright, Herbert Yum, ShaSha and Inez Wong. Surprisingly, all are our new MBA students from July 2021 intake.
