At our most recent interactive seminar on April 12th, a group of senior professionals were treated to an eye-opening and penetrating analysis by Dr William Chen of the increasing attention being paid by successful companies to what he termed "intangible assets". These are the assets which consist in and derive from a selected, well-trained and supported work force operating in a conducive and structured environment. The attention paid to people and human capital has never been greater and continues to grow.
